Entei - If you chose Bulbasaur as your Stater Pokemon, Entei can be found roaming the Kanto Region after you defeat the Elite Four. It will be at Level 50.
Suicune - If you chose Charmander as your Stater Pokemon, Suicune can be found roaming the Kanto Region after you defeat the Elite Four. It will be at Level 50.
Raikou - If you chose Squirtle as your Stater Pokemon, Raikou can be found roaming the Kanto Region after you defeat the Elite Four. It will be at Level 50.
Deoxys - Deoxys can be found on Nine Island, after you have solved the puzzle. It will be in it's Attack Form. It will be at Level 30.
